Harsh denunciation of conventional cancer treatments
The "First International Congress on
Complementary and Alternative Treatments for Cancer" , held
this year in the Auditorium of the Palace of Congresses
and Exhibitions in Madrid, ended on 15 May with a standing
ovation from an audience of 1,200 as they bid the speakers
farewell. Hundreds of doctors (among them more than one
hundred oncologists), biologists, chemists, physicists,
psychologists, registered nurses, therapists, engineers
specialising in electromedicine, representatives of numerous
laboratories and alternative health professionals, among
other specialists, left the Palace with a conviction that
this congress, the first of its kind to be held in the
world, would mark a watershed in the treatment of cancer.
